Login to the cpanel of your webserver which is located at http://www.yourdomainname.com/cpanel (where yourdomainname.com is YOUR domain name such as crossroadschurch.org) and login with the username and password we gave you for the cpanel when you signed up. This is NOT the same username and password to access your actual website. The cpanel is where you manage your actual web SERVER.
Once logged in you will see rows of icons. Click the Mail Icon

Click the link on this page called "E-mail Filtering"
On this page is a link called "Add Filter"
Fill in the filter information you want and then click the activate button to save it.
