Open Outlook.
Go to Tool>Options
Choose Add a New Email Account and click next.
Choose Pop3 and click next.
Fill in these fields with the following:
User Information: Your name
Email Address: Your email address
Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomainname.com (for example, if your domain name was www.crossroadschurch.com then your incoming mail server would be mail.crossroadschurch.com)
Outgoing mail server: mail.yourdomainname.com (for example, if your domain name was www.crossroadschurch.com then your outgoing mail server would be mail.crossroadschurch.com)
User Name: Your full email address
Password: Your password for this email address
Now click on the button at the bottom right "more settings"
Under the outgoing server tab, make sure that "my outgoing server requires authentication" is checked. You can leave the rest of that page how it is.
Now click the "test settings" button to make sure you entered in everything correctly. If all tests pass, your done! Now just save.
If you are not able to send any mail after setting this up in outlook, try going to the 'advanced' tab of your email account settings and changing the outgoing mail port to 26 from 25.
