Login to the cpanel of your webserver which is located at http://www.yourdomainname.com/cpanel (where yourdomainname.com is YOUR domain name such as crossroadschurch.org) and login with the username and password we gave you for the cpanel when you signed up. This is NOT the same username and password to access your actual website. The cpanel is where you manage your actual web SERVER.
Once logged in you will see rows of icons. Click the Mail Icon

Click on spamassasin
At the bottom of that page will be a link you need to click called 'clear spam box'
You might not SEE the decrease stated on the site once you do that, but the accurate amount of space should be reflected the next day.Your spam box has been emptied though.
