Login to the BACKEND control panel at www.yourchurchsite.com/administrator (where yourchurchsite.com is YOUR actual church domain name ie. www.crossroadschurch.com/administrator).
Go to components>donations>campaigns management
This page will list all the campaigns that people can give to.
Click on the New icon 
at the top right of page.
Fill out all the fields in this form and click Save.
Create as many campaigns as you want. They will show up in the frontend under a dropdown menu, so people can only give to one campaign at a time.
