Checklist For Client

This is a checklist for you, the client, to go through before the site goes live. This will help make sure you do not miss anything.

1. Remove existing calendar categories and add your own (example can be seen here)
For help on doing this you can go here

2. Add your own calendar events and assign them to the proper categories

3. Add your own newsflashes (by clicking 'submit newsflash' in the user menu of your website, usually located at the bottom)
Do not put the full newsflash in the intro text box. Only what you want to appear in the scrolling newsflash box. The rest you may put in the main text box.

4. Make sure all links on your site go to the proper place

5. Add your email accounts in the cpanel (if you are using us to host your email)
Please note that when you add your email accounts on the temporary url, they will automatically switch over to the real url when the site goes live. IE. john@church25setup.info will auto change to john@churchname.com once the site goes live.

6. Upload any sermons you have in mp3 to the sermon manager by clicking on 'submit sermon' in the user menu at the bottom of the site when you login. Make sure they are all under 20mb. To do this you can use this help page.
