If you are not logged in already, go to www.yourdomainname.com/administrator/ (where yourdomainname.com is YOUR actual domain name) and login with your username and password.
In this backend control panel that you are now in, go to the top menu and go to COMPONENTS > URL Redirection
Click on the view/edit SEF urls icon.
Click on the view/edit SEF urls icon.
Click the page you want to change the title of.
In the "New SEF URL" field, you would change the name there to what YOU want it to be.
Change nothing else and then save.
