How do I add places (venues) that these events will take place at?

If you are often having an event at a certain place, its possible to add the event just once into the software so you can later just select it from a dropdown menu when creating a new event registration.

To do so, login
to the BACKEND control panel, located at www.yourdomainname.com/administrator
Go to Components >Attend Events > Venues
Click the new button new.gif at the top right of the screen.

Fill out the form with the location information.

Click the save button save.gif at the top right of the screen.

Now when you create a new event registration, this place will always show as a place you can select from in the dropdown menu.

Note: You do NOT have to add your location information through this part of the software. Only go to this menu item (Components >Attend Events > Venues) if you want to add a venue you will be using alot and don't want to keep retyping everytime you create a new event registration.
